Shipping Information

  • Germany: Flat rate 4,50 Euro / Free shipping from 150 Euro order value
  • Europe: Flat rate 13 Euro / Free shipping from 150 Euro order value
  • Rest of the world: Flat rate 13 Euro / Free shipping from 150 Euro order value

Your order will be shipped your way within about 1-3 business days from the moment we receive your payment. If you need a rushed order, please let us know by writing- 'Rushed order' in the note box in your cart before checkout. We will do our best to make it happen for you.

  • GER orders - shipped with DHL National Standard Shipping or Hermes which takes about 2-3 business days from the moment of shipment.
  • Europe orders - shipped with DHL International Standard Shipping which takes about 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your country's customs regulations.
  • Other countries orders - shipped with DHL International Standard Shipping which take about 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your country's customs regulations.

Note that you have the option to upgrade the shipping speed before checking out.

We do not guarantee arrival of parcels by a certain date. We do our best to send parcels asap, but from the moment your parcel is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it arrives.

SHIPPING SPEED

International buyers - please be patient with the shipping. Sometimes (though rarely) parcels can take a bit longer. And if your country's customs chooses to hold a parcel for a few days (usually not more than a couple of days) then the postal service can't do anything about that. We highly recommend that you look into your country's customs regulation, and be prepared.

LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
Even if not insured, if an item gets lost on it's way to you, please contact us, and we will do our best to try and track it down. If we decide to replace your item, it is your responsibility to pay for the replacement's shipping fees. We cannot be responsible for damage that is caused by shipping companies and/or missing/lost parcels. Please let us know if you wish to insure your package. You will be responsible for any additional fees.

CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees. It is up to the buyer to be informed about their country's policies/regulations and to pay any/all fees.
